• To provide effective leadership in developing, implementing, monitoring and reviewing quality assurance processes in all levels of the school (including nursery, primary and secondary) and through these to inform enhancements and contribute to strategic development in learning and teaching.

Requirements

• The applicant must have a minimum of Master’s Degree in Education (from a reputable university) in any of these; Education Administration, Planning and Management.
• Applicants must also have a minimum of 6 years’ experience in a school leadership position of vice principal academics and a minimum of 10 years teaching experience, spanning nursery, primary and secondary levels of school education.
• Applicants must be IGSCE certified and experienced with such examinations.
• She/he must also have excellent IT Skills.

• They also ensure that curricula and programs address the developmental and educational needs of students.

Requirements

• The applicant must have a minimum of Master’s Degree in Guidance and Counselling [Education] or Child Psychology (from a reputable university) + A minimum of 7 years’ experience as a guidance counsellor within a similar school setting [Experience in an international school abroad is an advantage.].
