1.1 Background to the study: it should be between 4-7 pages.
Characteristics of Background to the Study
- It should reflect your problem.
- It should reflect your variables.
1.2 Statement of the problem: it should be just a paragraph. It should reflect dissatisfaction situation and it does not reflect intention.
1.3 Purpose of the study: it reflects the intention/objectives. It statement is declarative.
1.4 Significance of the study: it means the value of the study to the educational systems of what use will it be to the educational systems of what use will it be to the educational system. And it reflect the stakeholders that will benefit and in which way they will benefit.
1.5 Research Questions: the declarative statement in the purpose of the study is change to interrogative statement.

1.8 Definition of Terms: it define the terms bade on what you mean in your study. Not a general meaning but the meaning according to your study.
